About the event
Through guided, embodied practice, Kumu Ramsay Taum explores how physical awareness and presence support clearer thinking and more grounded responses to modern challenges. Lua practices introduce natural movement as a way to reframe how we approach problems, while Hoʻoponopono offers a lens for restoring balance and harmony.
This is not a conventional workshop. It is a gift of "pause"—an opportunity to access different ways of knowing and responding. Participants will leave with an embodied understanding of peace-making, new ways to reframe complexity, and a deeper connection to the relationship between clarity and action.
