Our elegant gallery space is now available for rent, perfect for hosting a wide variety of wellness-focused events and gatherings. This versatile venue provides an ideal setting for workshops, classes, concerts, retreats, and other wellness-oriented activities. Whether you're planning meditation sessions, yoga classes, holistic healing workshops, or mindfulness seminars, our space can accommodate your needs.

Elements Gallery / Ofrenda Fest Space Rental

All inquiries and rentals must be made at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure space availability and proper promotional time.

Additional Information:

All rentals include a pre-consultation with a rental manager and an on-site coordinator for your event upon completion of this application.

Package hours include setup and cleanup time, which must be performed by renters. Extra cleaning fee may apply based on event attendance.

Add-ons include equipment rentals (basic & deluxe A/V, projector, media player) and services (sound engineer, audio & video recordings, bottled water).

Insurance and Liability Requirements: All renters must provide proof of comprehensive event insurance coverage and sign appropriate liability waivers to protect both the venue and participants.
