All rentals include a pre-consultation with a rental manager and an on-site coordinator for your event upon completion of this application.
Package hours include setup and cleanup time, which must be performed by renters. Extra cleaning fee may apply based on event attendance.
Add-ons include equipment rentals (basic & deluxe A/V, projector, media player) and services (sound engineer, audio & video recordings, bottled water).
Insurance and Liability Requirements: All renters must provide proof of comprehensive event insurance coverage and sign appropriate liability waivers to protect both the venue and participants.
All promotional materials and marketing content for events at Elements Gallery must prominently display our official organizational logos (QCA, Elements Gallery, and Ofrenda Fest). Additionally, these materials should include comprehensive information detailing our organizational mission, partnerships and collaborative initiatives between the organizations. To ensure consistency and maintain our high standards of communication, all promotional materials require thorough review and final approval from the Ofrenda Fest foundation/ QCA before distribution or publication.
