Queens VOICES: A Poetry & Spoken Word Experience OPEN MIC

The PREMIER open mic series in the city for over a decade returns to Queens.  On the first Sunday of EVERY month, the independent and internationally known InspiredWordNYC presents NYC's hottest open mic at the artsy Queens Council on the Arts in Long Island City, Queens.  2-6pm.  Doors open at 1:30.  ALL AGES. ALL Art Forms.

*****  When: 1st Sunday of EVERY month Address: 5-11 47th Avenue Long Island City, Queens 11101  15 open mic slots, 7 minutes apiece.  A warm, supportive community of artists. Real crowds. And a great place to network. This is a VERY popular open mic. We STRONGLY suggest you purchase a ticket in advance to guarantee a performance slot. Make sure to purchase ticket with your desired time slot window.  

You must arrive at least a half-hour before your slot window.  Make sure to bring a printed-out version of your ticket/tickets or be prepared to show your ticket/tickets (with confirmation number) on your phone.  Please Note: No TRANSFERS or REFUNDS will be granted, though you are welcome to find REPLACEMENTS for your tickets.  Refunds up to 24 hours before the show.
