Late Registration open or 8/25 or In this hands-on all-day workshop, you will be supplied with the support and materials everything you need to make your very own frame drum, accompanying mallet, and you will be guided through making offerings and asking proper permissions with the spirit of the tree (frame) and the spirit of the animal (hide) who's skin you'll be working with.
Making your own medicine drum is a powerful process of bringing your intentions into manifestation. The drum you create with your own hands will become a legacy piece that can remain in your family for generations.
This workshop is open to all levels and traditions, no previous experience is required, however this is an intense day, so be sure to get rest the day before, and allow yourself time to integrate after the workshop.
A portion of all proceeds to this workshop go towards to support the efforts of the Black Hills Legal Fund towards the #landback reparations for the Lakota Nation.
